All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full before delivery.

5. Delivery of Digital Services

All deliveries are digital (email, download link, or account access).
6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, no questions asked.

No explanations or fees are required.
Exceptions:
If the customer requests immediate delivery of digital content before the 14-day period ends and acknowledges loss of withdrawal rights (as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal may not apply.

7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not charge refund fees.
